Company’s Coming Pork Roast
1 hour and 15 minutes
8-12 servings

Ingredients:

- 2-3 pound boneless pork roast
Glaze:
- 1/2 cup honey mustard
- 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Garnish:
- 2 16-oz cans peach halves, drained
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place roast in shallow roasting pan and roast for 45-60 minutes.

Meanwhile, in small bowl mix together Glaze ingredients. Spread Glaze over roast the last 20 minutes, continue roasting until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 150 degrees F. Remove roast from oven; let rest until temperature reaches 160 degrees F, about 10 minutes.

Place peach halves in shallow baking dish, cut side up. Sprinkle peaches with combined 2 tablespoons brown sugar and cinnamon; dot with butter. Slice roast and serve surrounded by peaches.

While pork is resting, place peaches in oven for 15 minutes to heat through.

Beer-Grilled Chops

Ingredients:

- 4 bone-in pork chops, about 3/4-inch thick
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ginger root, grated
- 1 cup beer
Directions:

Place chops in a self-sealing plastic bag; add remaining ingredients and seal bag. Gently massage bag to evenly distribute marinade ingredients. Refrigerate 4-24 hours.

Prepare medium-hot coals in kettle-style grill. Remove chops from marinade and discard marinade; place on grill directly over coals, cover grill and grill for 10 minutes, turning once.

Easy Mexicali Pork Chops

Ingredients:

- 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
- 1 envelope taco seasoning, (1/4 cup)
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- salsa, optional

Directions:

Rub pork chops on both sides with taco seasoning. Heat non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Brush skillet with oil. Add pork chops and cook for 7-8 minutes, turning once, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 160 degrees F. Top with salsa, if desired, and serve.

Glazed Blade Steaks
30 minutes

Ingredients:

- 4 pork blade steaks, 1-inch, bone-in
- 2 tablespoons steak seasoning, OR pork seasoning
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon steak sauce
- 1 tablespoon molasses
Directions:

Rub seasoning onto both sides of the pork steaks. Cover and refrigerate a 2 hours.

Prepare medium-hot fire in charcoal grill or preheat gas grill to medium high. Pat steaks dry and grill over a medium-hot fire, turning once, about 8 minutes on each side.

Meanwhile, combine barbecue sauce, steak sauce and molasses in a small bowl. Brush steaks with sauce and continue cooking 5 minutes more or until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F., turning and brushing with sauce.

Transfer chops to a cutting board. Cover loosely with foil; let rest 5 minutes..

Hearty Hot Hero

Ingredients:

- 1/4  cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1  tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1  loaf French bread (1 lb.), cut lengthwise in half
- 1  each tomato and onion, thinly sliced
- 6  slices OSCAR MAYER Cotto Salami
- 18  slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Shaved Smoked Ham
- 10  mild pepperoncini peppers
- 4  KRAFT Singles, cut diagonally in half

Directions:

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

MIX mayo and seasoning; spread onto cut sides of bread.

FILL bread with remaining ingredients. Wrap in foil.

BAKE 30 min. or until heated through.

Flavor Twist:
Substitute 1/2 cup pizza sauce for the mayo and substitute 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese for the 4 KRAFT Singles.

- 1/4  cup shredded lettuce
- 1  Tbsp. KRAFT Ranch Dressing
- 1  hot dog bun
- 1  slice OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bologna
- 1  KRAFT Singles, cut in half diagonally
- 3  slices tomato
Directions:

TOSS lettuce with dressing.

FILL bun with lettuce mixture and remaining ingredients. Wrap in plastic wrap.

Substitute: Substitute 3 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Shaved Oven Roasted Turkey for the bologna. Serving Suggestion: Serve with 10 celery sticks and 1 pouch CAPRI SUN Roarin' Waters Strawberry Kiwi.

Serving Suggestion: Pack this sandwich for lunch along with crunchy fresh vegetables and your favorite fresh fruit.
