How do I sign up for the program?
Simply send or fax your completed Neighborhood Reward application and a copy of your IRS Letter of Determination (501(c)3) to the address below. We'll call you when your application has been processed to obtain your initial order.

How do I purchase my initial gift cards?
Please contact Gift Services at 1-800-294-4438 or 513-782-3450 to place your orders. Your initial order needs to be a minimum of $200. You decide what value you would like to put on each card (forty - $5.00 gift cards, twenty - $10 gift cards, ten - $20 gift cards). Subsequent orders need to be a minimum of $25. Your cards will be sent to the Kroger store of your choice for pickup and payment. Orders placed before noon will arrive at the store on the second business day by 5 p.m. Orders placed after noon will arrive in three business days by 5 p.m.
Where do I reload the gift card?
Your gift card can be reloaded at the cash register prior to any of your purchases being scanned. This must be done in a separate transaction. Your gift card may also be reloaded at the customer service desk.
What can be purchased with gift cards?
You can purchase any merchandise in a Kroger store with the exception of services. Services include: Money Orders, Western Union, Lottery Tickets, Stamps, and Ticket Master. Gift cards are now accepted at local Kroger Fuel Centers.
How do I find out the balance on my gift card?
The balance on your card will show at the bottom of your receipt. You may also obtain your balance at the customer service desk or cash register, by calling 866-822-6252 (located on the back of the card) or at www.gcbalance.com
