How do I get rewards?
You will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on nearly everything in
the store (see restrictions below). You will get $5 in
rewards certificates for your first 500 points
collected and another $1 for each additional 100 points.

program is available in Kroger stores located in Raleigh, Durham,
Cary, Garner, Apex, Fuquay-Varina and Greenville NC..
How do I get my rewards, and when?
Your rewards certificates will be mailed to you every 3 months. See
table below for approximate in-home dates:

Over what time period can I get points?
Points accumulate from January 1 to December 31. Point
balances below 100 carry over from cycle to cycle. Points do not
carry over from year to year and any remaining points at the end of
the year reset to zero. See examples below:

Do I continue to get my fuel savings and other current Kroger
Plus benefits with the new rewards program?
Yes! The rewards program incorporates all
the benefits of your Plus card, with the addition of rewards.
Where can I update my information if I move and change my email address?
Stop by any Kroger store, go to Kroger.com, or call 1-800-Krogers.
Use of the Kroger rewards card constitutes
acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

Points accumulate in every department except fuel, Kroger gift cards,
postage stamps, lottery tickets, Western Union, money orders, transit
passes, fees, phone activation, sales tax, Ticketmaster, alcohol,
tobacco, and any products prohibited by law.
Actual mail dates will vary and are subject to US Mail procedures.
Kroger reserves the right to change accumulation dates, points value,
and mail dates. Kroger is an affiliate of the Kroger Co. Kroger privacy
policy applies to the rewards program. See

Kroger can only mail rewards certificates to
members who have provided complete address information at least 3 weeks
prior to the end of a points accumulation cycle. There is a maximum
payout of $250 per rewards cycle.
