Cookies for Santa

Publish Date November 17, 2023 1 Minute Read

Dear Chef Mike,

Between all the holiday get-togethers and activities, I don’t have time to bake made-from-scratch cookies for Santa. How can I fancy up store-bought cookies for the big guy in red?

P.S. What’s your favorite cookies-and-milk combo?

Dear Cookie Conundrum,

Melted chocolate is an easy way to dress up store-bought cookies. Pick up some cookies from our Bakery — or prepare a dozen break-and-bake cookies — dip them in melted chocolate, then top with sprinkles, chopped nuts or crushed peppermints. As for my favorite cookies-and-milk combo, I love a vanilla bean milkshake and brownie. This quick and easy play on the milk-and-cookies classic will have Santa leaving the house with a little pep in his step!
