Adorable Hare Fare

Add a whimsical touch to a crowd-pleasing veggie tray by styling it as a bunny rabbit. Just make sure to snap a photo before people dig in!

  1. Start the bunny face by filling a round white bowl with ranch dressing or your favorite veggie dip, and setting it on the bottom half of an oval serving board.
  2. Use a cherry or grape tomato for the nose and asparagus spears for whiskers. Kalamata olives make excellent eyes and a mouth (shaped into a smirk, of course).
  3. To fashion perky bunny ears, position bell pepper slices into two ovals that start at the top of the dip bowl. Border each of the ovals with your favorite cracker variety.
  4. Group any other veggies you’d like to serve around the bunny’s head. We suggest broccoli, carrots, radishes, celery, cauliflower and asparagus for plenty of color and crunch.
  5. Give the bunny a bowtie as a special final touch. Use a whole radish as its center, then fan out baby carrots on each side.
