    All purchases made inside our stores should be returned to your nearest store for a refund. At this time, we can only complete refunds in-store. Please view our Return Policy to learn more.

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of our products. All Kroger Co. Family Stores accept returns of items purchased at any Kroger Co. Family of Stores location within a 30-day window of purchase. To request a refund, follow the below steps.

    1. Navigate to My Purchases on the website or mobile app.
    2. Select the relevant order to initiate the return.
    3. Select “Request a Refund” and follow the options to complete a return.

Frequently Asked Questions

How will I be refunded?

Items will be refunded via the payment method used for the purchase, with the exception of purchases placed via EBT and gift cards.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your refund is confirmed, it will take 5-7 business days to receive the refund via your original payment method.

Are there any return exceptions?

Gift cards, taxes and fees are not refundable. The return and refund of tobacco, beer, wine and alcohol is governed by local law. Online EBT refunds are not available at this time. Please call 1-800-KROGERS for assistance with EBT purchases.
