Objective

At the Kroger family of stores, the health and wellbeing of our associates, customers and communities is our top priority. We are listening to the feedback from our associates and customers, and in response, we began accepting returns on select items on June 5th.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, returns in other categories within the store may still be suspended or may change without prior notice. Store Management has the discretion to Make it Right for the customer.

Policy

We will continue to accept Fresh Produce, Meat, Seafood, Dairy, & Deli products that do not meet our freshness standards as part of the Freshness Guarantee.

Items Now Being Accepted Within 14 Days of purchase with receipt, beginning 6/5:

  • Home Goods - including kitchen place, home décor, summer promotional items
  • Garden Décor
  • Home Electronics
  • Apparel, Shoes & Accessories returns

Due to the suspension of returns during this pandemic on these items, Home and Apparel items purchased between 3/1/20 and 6/4/20 may be returned with valid receipt or proof of purchase until 6/19/20.

Items without paper receipt, digital receipt, or proof of purchase will not be returned at this time.
