Our Kroger Delivery facilities in Austin, TX, San Antonio, TX & South Florida will close on 5/25.

We do not make these decisions lightly, and we understand the impact this has on associates, customers and communities. Kroger’s commitment to innovation means that we test and learn quickly to identify the most effective ways to deliver fresh, affordable food to our customers. Despite our best efforts, including the support from new customers, learnings from other locations and the incredible work of our associates, these facilities did not meet the benchmarks we set for success. 1. Can customers still use their Kroger loyalty cards/digital accounts, gift cards and coupons until the spokes close?

Yes. Customers, including paid Boost by Kroger members, can continue to shop with Kroger Delivery through May 24, 2024. Coupons and gift cards will be accepted upon purchase.

2. Will customers receive a refund for their paid Boost by Kroger memberships?

Yes.

  • Paid Members: Customers located in Austin, San Antonio and South Florida will receive a 100% refund for their paid Boost by Kroger membership within 30 days for both monthly and annual subscriptions and will not incur auto-renewal charges. Your paid Boost by Kroger membership will end on 5/28 unless it is set to renew in the next 60 days, in which case it will expire at that time. If your paid membership expires within the next 60 days, you will be eligible for a Free Delivery coupon – accessible through your Kroger account – for use before the closure.
  • Free Trial Customers: Customers with a free 30-day Boost by Kroger membership trial can use their membership through the end of their Free Trial. The free 30-day trial will not incur auto-renewal charges.

3. When is the last day a customer can order delivery online?

Friday, May 24 is the last day you can order online. Saturday, May 25 is the last day of delivery, and the spokes will officially close on that day.

4. Can customers order Kroger Delivery from any other areas in Florida?

Yes. Customers can still shop Kroger Delivery online if they reside within approximately 90 minutes of our facilities located in:

  • Groveland
  • Tampa
  • Jacksonville
  • Cocoa Beach

5. Will impacted customers have any alternative means of shopping with Kroger?

Unfortunately, there are no Kroger stores or Kroger Delivery options available to customers in Austin, San Antonio or South Florida. However, if a customer is traveling, we encourage them to log onto Kroger.com where they can find Kroger Delivery service areas by entering their destination zip code.
