Support Center Analyst
Working at Kroger as a Support Center employee provides you with the ability to work closely with Kroger associates, ranging from store level employees to corporate office employees. You can be part of a team that supports issues with Microsoft Windows applications, and our very own proprietary applications. You will be encouraged think outside of the box to look for resolutions to the most complicated questions. Support Center employees work with upper management to ensure appropriate changes were made to improve customer satisfaction.
