Orange Cauliflower

What is orange cauliflower? Though it’s very similar in taste and texture to the white variety, orange-colored cauliflower has a distinct hue and slightly different nutrition profile. It gets its beautiful color from an abundance of beta-carotenes that are naturally stored in the florets. Orange cauliflower is also an excellent source of vitamin C, and contains potassium, fiber, iron, calcium and magnesium.
