Acrobat is artfully crafted in the gorgeous hills and valleys of western Oregon, with an eye on sustainable winemaking practices.The 2022 Acrobat Pinot Noir delivers notes of dark cherry, raspberry, rich plum and cinnamon on the nose. Bright acidity and elegant tannins shine on the palate, leading to a juicy but delicate finish. Winemaking for the 2022 Acrobat Pinot Noir was dictated by one goal: capture the best attributes of Oregon. Early harvest, stainless steel fermentation, gentle cap management, and French oak aging all aimed at revealing the bright red fruits, and ripe tannins. Individual lots were aged separately for 9 months and then the final blend was made in July shortly before bottling.
