  • Our cold brew coffee ice cream not only delivers a chillacious blast of creamy caffeination, it's also loaded with enough coffee liqueur-filled, cookie crumble-covered truffles to fuel a truffolution. When it comes to creating ice cream flavors, we don't do anything halfway. Rumor has it that our Flavor Gurus may have spent so much time meditating on how to create the most perfect ice-cream concoction that they needed a wake-up call...or two. Cue the cold brew! In what we think is one of our buzziest flavors to date, we started with cold brew coffee ice cream-a high-octane beginning-gave it a smooth fudge swirl, then loaded it up with chocolate cookie-covered truffles! And while we could have used our delicious chocolate-filled truffles, we decided to up the caffeine quotient by infusing each truffle with coffee liqueur, sealing it with a rich chocolate coating, then dousing it liberally in chocolate-cookie crumbs. That's right: no one would accuse our Flavor Gurus of dozing on the job with this flavor-and in case you couldn't tell, we're super-excited about it too! Featuring non-GMO ingredients and Fairtrade-certified sugar, cocoa and coffee, Chillin' the Roast is made with milk from the happy cows in our Caring Dairy Program and eggs from cage-free hens for a responsibly packaged treat that's totally worth the buzz.
