  Clayhouse wines are an ode to the original Clayhouse which can be found nestled in a canyon up a winding dirt road in Paso Robles, where oak trees proudly stand guard and rows of wine grapes trellis up the hillside. This Clayhouse Cabernet Sauvignon is dark red in color with aromas of black cherries, dark Bing cherries and hints of mocha and cedar. The wine is soft and approachable with ripe plum and sweet black cherry fruit flavors with spicy undertones. The Cabernet has rounded tannings and finishes with fleshy fruit flavors.
