Product Information
Corvidae, Latin for the crow family of birds which are a common presence in the eastern Washington vineyards, is crafty, adaptable, and showcases somewhat dubious characters as a fitting icon for the terrific value wines from this region. We work with affordable fruit, sourced from Washington's Yakima Valley, and turn it into an excellent wine to take what nature has kindly given and pass it on. The crow family, including blue jays, magpies and ravens, are amongst the most brilliant and quick-witted birds, and adorn our labels to honor the intellect that is involved in our winemaking process.
The Mirth is a quintessential Washington State Chardonnay, exhibiting bright tropical notes, bright citrus and an excellent purity of flavor and balance unencumbered by oak flavor.
- Bright tropical notes with citrus, apple and stone fruit
- Aged in stainless steel
- Sourced from premium vineyards in Washington State
- Pair with a chanterelle herb frittata, lemon roasted chicken, or a mango avocado and smoked salmon salad
