Inspired by Grandma Ethel and pecan pie, the Pecan Dandy is like no other pecan pie bar you’ve ever tasted.It all starts with a sweet buttery shortbread crust. The flakiest pie crust you have ever had, with the butteriest shortbread cookie that melts in your mouth. Top that with real, handmade caramel, made using only real butter, brown cane sugar, pure vanilla and clover honey, stirred with love, just like grandma made. Add whole pecans to that caramel and spread it generously over our buttery crust.
