French Blue Cremant de Bordeaux Brut Rose is a new discovery in bubbles. The Bordeaux region of France is highly renowned for producing some of the best wines in the world. French Blue Cremant de Bordeaux Brut is made following the methode traditonnelle process and is classified as a Cremant (which means creamy). Cremant accounts for only 2% of production in Bordeaux. Our Cremant de Bordeaux Brut is pale gold in color with delicate bubbles. Complex on the nose with aromas of white flowers, sweet almonds, and a touch of wild strawberry. Fresh acidity. Creamy mousse, brioche notes on the finish.
