Our olives have been grown and harvested by the same family for over 100 years. Cold pressed within eight hours of being picked this oil has a very rich flavor profile that is perfect for dipping cooking finishing and even sipping.
Nocellara del Belice olives are only available from the province of Trapani, in Sicily. Our olives are specifically harvested from Belice Valley family farms where these flavorful olives have been cultivated since 1916. This filtered, velvety and flavorful extra virgin olive oil is produced annually in October when these gems are the perfect green and ideal for pressing.
