High West Bourye® Whiskey is a unique and premium blend of rich bourbon and rye whiskeys aged a minimum of 10 years. Legend has it that the only way to catch a glimpse of the cunning and elusive jackalope is to enjoy a glass of a truly incredible whiskey. That's why High West Distillery created Bourye®, a cross between bourbon whiskey and rye whiskey (Bourbon + Rye = Bourye); like the jackalope itself, this carefully crafted, limited-release blended whiskey is unique, mysterious, and gone in a flash. This 750 mL bottle of whiskey opens with enticing aromas of butterscotch sauce, stroopwafel, St. Louis Gooey Butter Cake, cream soda, coconut cream, maple walnut fudge, dried nectarine, leatherbound books, and charred sandalwood. Each sip of this aged bourbon whiskey and rye blend offers tasting notes of honeycomb, walnut praline, brûléed banana, brown butter, ground ginger spice, dark chocolate, dark roast coffee, and hickory wood chips followed by a velvety sweet finish of Saigon cinnamon and English toffee. Sip this whiskey neat or with a little water; enjoying this premier sipping whiskey with ice is not recommended.
