Product Information
Hearth-baked, square shaped roll, made with La Brea Bakery® starter. The flavor profile is of a slightly sweet, tangywhite bread with notes of canola oil. The bottom of thebread is dusted with semolina. The interior is soft and showsthe random, open cell structure typical of well-fermenteddoughs. The aroma is a combination of baked notes, yeastfermentation, and a light scent of canola oil. These rolls aredistributed as parbaked and frozen, and pre-packaged as rolls in a fully sealed retail bag.
