Originally discovered in Japan, KIKU brand apples were cultivated in Italy and are now grown around the world in select orchard locations. KIKU apples are ruby red with distinct striping, which distinguishes it from its Fuji parentage. Described as the sweetest apple you'll ever eat, KIKU apples are fan favorites for sweet apple lovers. Use in salads, snacking, jams and butters, applesauce, cider, desserts, white wine, cheddar cheese, caramel sauce, and pork. Non-GMO.
