Our Light Roast with tasting notes of resins, dried fruit & caramel. Orginating from our home town in Honduras Santa Rosa, Copán where our orphan care progams operate. Known for some of the world's most renowened coffee and for it's cobblestone roads and neoclassical architecture. The Center Plaza of town is a historic monument to Honduras and where the Cathedral of Santa Rosa is found, depicted on our bag.
