2. Add 200ml of water & stir
3. Place in microwave on full heat for 1 minute and stir
4. Microwave on full heat for a further 30 secs to 1 minute depending on how thick you like your porridge.OVERNIGHT OAT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place in a jar with 180ml of just boiled hot water.
2. Put the lid on and shake well.
3. Place in fridge overnight to thicken.
