All Natural, Vegan, Cholesterol Free, Low Sodium, Excellent Source of Dietary Fiber
1. Place contents in a bowl or jug
2. Add 200ml of water & stir
3. Place in microwave on full heat for 1 minute and stir
4. Microwave on full heat for a further 30 secs to 1 minute depending on how thick you like your porridge.
OVERNIGHT OAT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place in a jar with 180ml of just boiled hot water.
2. Put the lid on and shake well.
3. Place in fridge overnight to thicken.
SERVING TIP: This oatmeal blend works perfectly on its own as it has lots of lovely fruit and nuts in it, but if you do feel like making it a little fancy, try stewing some blueberries and swirling them in with some almond butter!
