  Martinelli's gold medal® organic apple juice is made from a special blend of the finest varieties of 100% U.S. grown fresh organic apples...not from concentrate. It contains absolutely no concentrates or water, no preservatives or sweeteners and no additives of any kind.In martinelli's unique process, fresh apples are blended to achieve a perfect balance of natural sweetness and tartness. Then, using a special method, the apples are washed, sorted and pressed. The juice is flash pasteurized to retain the natural fresh apple flavor.
