Chanterelles have a delicate, nutty and often robust flavor. Once reconstituted, the chewy texture of this wild mushroom may be enjoyed as a separate side dish, but is best suited for meats, eggs and poultry. Chanterelles may be sliced and sautéed with butter and garlic or served with pasta or veal. Melissa’s Dried Chanterelle Mushrooms will add flavor and texture to sauces, meatless main dishes, and stir-fries.
