Nature's path flax plus maple pecan crunch is a blend of roasted pecans and crunchy clusters of whole grain rolled oats enhanced by real maple syrup and toasted flax flakes. It is an excellent source of ala omega-3 fatty acids. It provides 23 oz of whole grains 5 oz of fiber and 6 oz of protein in every servinoz we create each 11.5 oz box of cereal using kosher ingredients that are non-gmo project verified and vegan-friendly and we use usda organic certified grains.
