  Neolea's Sea Salt is hand harvested in the Greek Aegean Sea. It is a one of its kind fleur de sel. No machines are used in order to keep the flakes in irregular, natural shape, improving both the cooking and the dining experience. This fleur de sel has a smokey flavor thanks to a two weeks process of extracting liquid, smoke it and bring it back to the salt. Perfect finishing salt for meat.
