Our farm is located in one of the most fertile areas of Washington, and we never use glyphosate to desiccate crops. Instead, our crops are naturally ripened by the sun and wind. Our fields are entirely rain-fed, conserving water in our community. All Palouse Brand products are Non-GMO Project Certified, Kosher Parve, sustainably farmed, and Food Alliance Certified. We package only the most recent harvest each year, ensuring no holdovers from previous seasons for maximum freshness.
