Our farm is located in one of the most fertile regions of Washington. We do not use glyphosate to desiccate our crops; instead, they are naturally ripened by the wind and sun. Our fields are solely rain-fed, preserving local water supplies in our rural community.
Each Palouse Brand product is Non-GMO Project Certified, Kosher Parve, farmed sustainably and certified by Food Alliance. Each year, we only package the most recent harvest. There are no holdovers from previous seasons, ensuring that every batch of grains and legumes is as fresh as the latest crop.
