Make it special! It's all about flavor. We selected the most popular vegetable combinations and added the perfect complement of seasonings for Stir-Fry. Our family grows vegetables with tender care from seed to harvest, the traditional way since 1945. Healthy foods, naturally. Heat 1/4 cup vegetable oil in a skillet or wok until hot. Add 1/2 to 3/4 lb. cubed chicken, beef sirloin or pork. Stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes. Add frozen seasoned vegetables and 1/2 cup water. Stir-fry 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender and meat is cooked thoroughly. Additional water may be needed. Meatless Entree: Cook 1/2 cup Chinese noodles for each serving of vegetables and keep hot. Prepare vegetables according to cooking directions and serve over hot noodles. Give it crunch: After preparing vegetables, top with peanuts, chow mein noodles or sesame seeds.
