  Recanati Rosé is produced from a blend of Syrah and Petite Sirah grapes, which come from two small plots located in the center of the Golan Heights. These vineyards enjoy cool climatic conditions prevailing in the area with large temperature differences between day and night.

  • Produced from Syrah and Petite Sirah grapes through a delicate whole bunch press with low temperature fermentation process of each variety separately, leading to a pure, floral, and aromatic rosé
  • Manual, meticulous, and precise harvest with an ideal sugar / acid balance resulting in a fresh and elegant rosé wine with fruity and floral characteristics
  • Flavors of red grapefruit, strawberries, peaches, and citrus blossoms with a fresh acidity
