Medium Grade A Eggs 12CT

This product is certified carbon neutral through offsets supplied by Climate Impact Partners. The offsets support the following projects:

• Gyapa Efficient Cookstoves (located in Ghana, Project ID# GS407) - Certified by Gold Standard Verified Emission Reduction
• This project results in offsets from avoided emissions. All credits adhere to the International Carbon Reduction and Offset Alliance (ICROA) standards.
• The Carbon Neutral Protocol is used to estimate the emission reduction benefits.

 

Our GHG emissions are tracked from cradle to Kroger Distribution Center, and are third-party verified by Blonk. Since Kipster recently started producing eggs in the United States, we are currently using data from Kipster’s farm operations in the Netherlands to estimate our emissions for our US production. Once we have data from our US operations, we will ensure we offset the actual carbon emissions ongoing, as well as look back and close any gap between our initial estimate and actual.
