Product Information

    Zatarain's® Crispy Southern Fish Fri® is all you need to prepare an authentic Louisiana fish fry. Simply roll or shake fish in the breading mix, then cook as desired – in a deep fryer, on a stove or in an oven – until the crust is a light golden brown and the fish is moist and tender. Great for tilapia, catfish and shrimp cakes. For a heartier coating, moisten the fish in a milk-and-egg mixture before coating.
