    Just like our free-to-join tier, Boost members enjoy free Pickup on orders with qualifying spend $35 or more. Plus, Boost members receive 2X Fuel Points on qualifying items on every pickup , delivery, and in-store order.

Eligibility

    You can use your benefits at thousands of Kroger Co. Family of Stores whether you’re shopping in store or online. Currently, benefits are not available at:

    • Any Ruler / Food 4 Less locations

    At this time, the Boost benefits are available only at our grocery stores. Your Boost membership does not work on purchases made on Fuel or Pharmacy Prescriptions, Fred Meyer Jewelers®, The Little Clinic®, Fred Meyer Direct®, homechef.com, Vitacost.com, Kroger® SHIP, Kroger® Rush, Murray’s Cheese® or Kroger Delivery Now.

    You must be 16 years or older and an existing member of a Kroger Co. loyalty program with a registered digital account.

Enrollment/Upgrading

    You will need:

    • Your Kroger Co. Family of Stores Loyalty Card registered online
    • Valid debit or credit card

    2X Fuel Points and Free Delivery Boost benefits are active within 1 hour of your purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of benefit activation to the email address associated with your loyalty program / digital account.

    Yes, your Boost membership will automatically renew after 365 days.

    If you do not want your membership to automatically renew, you can cancel your auto-renewal at any time using the link or on your “My Boost Membership” page.

    Your Boost membership expires 365 days after purchase.

Your Boost Membership

    Shop as you normally would at Kroger Co Family of Stores location or online. You must use your loyalty account in store or your digital account online to receive the benefits.

    Boost can only be used by person(s) in your immediate household who use your Kroger Co. Family of Stores loyalty card or Alternate ID. Household members are defined as person(s) currently living at the same address.

    You may cancel Boost at any time by calling Kroger 1-833-557-4278 (1-833-5KRGBST). There are no refunds for Boost fees paid. If you cancel, you can continue to use Boost benefits until your membership is cancelled.

    You may cancel your Boost membership by contacting the Kroger Customer Connect at 1-833-557-4278 (1-833-5KRGBST). If you cancel within the first thirty (30) calendar days of your Boost membership renewal term and have not placed any delivery orders using your Boost membership, you will receive a refund of the Boost membership fee you paid usable as credit towards a future order.

    If you cancel at any other time, you will not receive a refund, but you can continue to enjoy the benefits of your Boost membership through the end of your paid membership term.

    Boost ($59) members who are interested in upgrading to Boost ($99) should contact Kroger 1-833-557-4278 (1-833-5KRGBST).

    Once enrolled, you will receive email communication within 24-48 hours of your Boost activation with instructions on how to redeem your online or in-store offers.

    Shop as you normally would online at your local Kroger Co. Family of Stores’ site or app (i.e., www.kroger.com) for Delivery using the same digital account associated with your Boost membership.

    Based on your enrollment in either Boost $99 or $59, time slots that apply to free delivery may be defined differently. While shopping online, you will be notified of which slots are eligible for free delivery.

    Note: Your membership in Boost does not cover tips which may be suggested as part of delivery service provided by thirdparty partners like Instacart. These drivers are paid a flat rate per delivery and can accept tips. Any tip you provide during checkout goes 100% to the driver. If you’d prefer, you also have the option to tip your third-party driver after the delivery is completed.

    Currently available in select markets, Kroger Delivery is shopped by and delivered by our trained associates. With Kroger Delivery, your smile is our reward. No tipping please.

    Delivery time slots are based on availability. All delivery time slots will be free for Boost $99 members. Boost $59 members will see free delivery time slots reflected for applicable spots.

    Included: Grocery Department, Produce, Meat & Seafood, Deli & Bakery, Food Destinations (i.e., Starbucks, sushi, etc.), Over-the-Counter Drug & General Merchandise

    Excluded: Pharmacy Prescriptions, Adult Beverage & Tobacco Products, Gift Cards, Money Services, Lottery Tickets, Postage Stamps, Delivery Tips & Boost membership fee

    Yes! All Associates are held to the same policies, procedures, and rules as listed in the General Office Associate Handbook; specifically, refer to the sections titled “Kroger Plus Card Associate Program” and “Kroger Plus Card Employee Policy”. Any violation or abuse could result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

How Delivery Works

    Delivery is one of our online ordering services. You can shop online for the products you need and get them delivered to your doorstep the same day. Planning ahead? You can also choose a time slot for the next day or later.

    Here’s how: place your order online, and the shopping will be done for you. Once the order is shopped and ready, you’ll get an alert that it’s on its way. A delivery driver will drop your groceries off on your doorstep. Start your delivery order here.

    Currently available in select markets, Kroger Delivery orders are shopped and delivered by trained Kroger associates. We also partner with third-party delivery services, like Instacart and Shipt, to help fulfill orders for our customers.

    During the checkout process, look for Kroger Delivery or the blue truck icon when selecting your timeslot. This indicates that your order will be shopped and delivered by Kroger associates.

    Start by signing in to your digital account. Next you’ll enter your zip code from the home page and choose “delivery” as your way to shop. (You can enter your full address later.) From here, simply search or browse the items you need and add them to your cart.

    Once you’re ready to check out, start by going to your cart. This is where you’ll enter your address and choose your delivery window.

    After this step, you can add your payment information. (At this time we can only accept credit or debit cards – no cash, check, gift cards or government benefits, including WIC and SNAP.) You’ll see an estimated total in checkout, but you won’t be charged for your order until it’s delivered. The final price may change due to coupons, substitutions, taxes (if applicable), or weighted items.

    With Kroger Delivery (select markets) shopped and delivered by our trained associates, your smile is our reward. No tipping please.

    At this time, Kroger is unable to accept for EBT for delivery.
