3-Ingredient French Onion Soup
The slow cooker simmers this soup all day to a savory perfection. To complete the meal, top with a baguette slice and melted Gruyere right before serving.

- 2 large sweet onions, peeled and sliced
- 6 cups beef broth
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- Place onion and broth in a 4-6 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Add salt and pepper.
- Just before serving, ladle soup in bowls and garnish with parsley.
