3-Ingredient Grilled Mango

  • 2 large mangoes
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar


  • Slice both mangoes in half, avoiding the pit, and score each half in a diamond pattern. “Pop” each piece by holding each half and pushing the skin side so the diamonds of flesh stick out.
  • Mix the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle the mixture over each half mango.
  • Grill the mangos, flesh side down, over medium heat until tender, approximately 1 minute. Serve immediately.
