3-Ingredient Grilled Mango

- 2 large mangoes
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Slice both mangoes in half, avoiding the pit, and score each half in a diamond pattern. “Pop” each piece by holding each half and pushing the skin side so the diamonds of flesh stick out.
- Mix the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle the mixture over each half mango.
- Grill the mangos, flesh side down, over medium heat until tender, approximately 1 minute. Serve immediately.
