5-Ingredient Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Filling
Here is a quick-prep dinner that is sure to delight the entire family. Serve in a romaine lettuce leaf or over cauliflower rice with your favorite taco toppings.

- 3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup Valentina Mexican Chili Sauce
- 2 cups salsa
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- Place all the ingredients except the cilantro into a slow cooker. Cook for 6 hours on low.
- Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with a fork. Return chicken to slow cooker and stir to coat with the sauce. Garish with cilantro.
