5-Ingredient Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Filling

Here is a quick-prep dinner that is sure to delight the entire family. Serve in a romaine lettuce leaf or over cauliflower rice with your favorite taco toppings.

  • 3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup Valentina Mexican Chili Sauce
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro


  • Place all the ingredients except the cilantro into a slow cooker. Cook for 6 hours on low.
  • Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with a fork. Return chicken to slow cooker and stir to coat with the sauce. Garish with cilantro.
