Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 small red onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons chopped, fresh cilantro
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions
- In large bowl, coarsely mash avocados. Mix in onion, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, salt and cumin until well combined.
- Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
