  • 3 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped, fresh cilantro
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions

  • In large bowl, coarsely mash avocados. Mix in onion, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, salt and cumin until well combined.
  • Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
