Acai Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups frozen blueberries
  • ½ medium ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
  • 2 Tbsp. hemp hearts
  • 1 Tbsp. ground chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. acai powder
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ tsp. stevia
  • ⅛ cup raspberries
  • ⅛ cup blackberries
  • 1 Tbsp. pomegranate seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. sliced almonds
  • ½ Tbsp. chopped pistachios
  • ½ Tbsp. coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp. sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp. white chia seeds
  • ½ small kiwi, sliced
  • ½ small passion fruit

Directions

  • In a hi-speed blender, combine berries, avocado, flaxseed, hemp hearts, chia, acai powder, and just enough coconut water to puree. Blend. Pour into a bowl. Add stevia and stir to combine.
  • Top with any or all of the garnishes.
