Ingredients
- 2 large apples, stems and seeds removed, sliced ⅛” thick
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup powdered sugar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Heat air fryer to 300°F.
- Toss apples with 2 teaspoons cinnamon and oil to coat. Cook 20 to 25 minutes, flipping and rotating apples every 5 to 8 minutes.
- Once apples are dried out, lower air fryer to 275°F. Continue cooking 4 to 8 minutes, shaking basket occasionally, until crispy. Remove any chips that are browning quickly. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, cream together cream cheese, yogurt, butter, brown sugar, powdered sugar, salt and remaining cinnamon.
- Serve apple chips with snickerdoodle dip. Refrigerate leftovers.
