Air Fryer Toasted Ravioli
This appetizer is not only cozy and satisfying, it’s also deliciously simple.

Ingredients
- 1 box (8 oz.) Private Selection™ Parmesan Herb Panko Bread Crumbs
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 package (20 oz.) Private Selection Spinach Florentine Ravioli
- Cooking spray
- Private Selection Marinara Traditional Tomato Sauce
- Shredded parmesan cheese
- Fresh, chopped parsley (optional)
Directions
- Set up dredging station with bread crumbs in medium bowl and eggs in small bowl. Dip each ravioli first in egg and then in bread crumbs, pressing ravioli firmly on each side for even coating.
- Coat air fryer basket with cooking spray. Add single layer of ravioli to basket, making sure ravioli are not touching. (You may have to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.) Spray ravioli with cooking spray and cook 4 minutes at 400°F. Flip, spray opposite side of ravioli with cooking spray and cook 4 minutes longer. Transfer to plate and repeat until all ravioli are cooked.
- To serve, add dollops of marinara to single serving dishes, then set ravioli on top. Garnish with parmesan and parsley, if desired. Serve, refrigerating any leftovers.
