All Almonds Smoothie

Going nutty with this smoothie is perfectly fine! Almonds and aromatic vanilla become even more delicious with the addition of bananas and nutmeg.

  • 2 cups whole, unsalted almonds
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • Pulp of 1 vanilla bean
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 cups ice


  • Emulsify the almonds and water until no bits of the almond remain, and the mixture is thoroughly combined.
  • Add the bananas, vanilla bean pulp, and nutmeg in the blender with ½ cup of the ice and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining ice gradually while blending until desired consistency is reached.
