All Almonds Smoothie
Going nutty with this smoothie is perfectly fine! Almonds and aromatic vanilla become even more delicious with the addition of bananas and nutmeg.

- 2 cups whole, unsalted almonds
- 2 cups water
- 2 bananas, peeled
- Pulp of 1 vanilla bean
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 cups ice
- Emulsify the almonds and water until no bits of the almond remain, and the mixture is thoroughly combined.
- Add the bananas, vanilla bean pulp, and nutmeg in the blender with ½ cup of the ice and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining ice gradually while blending until desired consistency is reached.
