- 3 cups spring water
- 1 cup almonds, soaked
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. brown rice syrup
- Add water and almonds to blender and blend until smooth. Strain mixture through cheesecloth or strainer into a large bowl.
- Put almond milk back into the blender. Add vanilla and brown rice syrup and blend until smooth. Store milk in refrigerator for 3 days. Shake well before serving.
