- 3 cups frozen peeled and sliced peaches
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 1 cup skim milk
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ cup almonds
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
