Almond-Peach Smoothie

If you don’t have fat-free plain yogurt in your fridge, use another flavor instead.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen peeled and sliced peaches
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ cup almonds
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
