Almond Pear Smoothie with Cherries

- 1⁄4 cup almonds
- 2 cups purified water
- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- 2 pears, cored and peeled
- 1⁄2 cup cherries, pitted
- Pulp of 1⁄2 vanilla bean
- Combine almonds with 1 cup of water in a blender and emulsify until no nut pieces remain.
- Add romaine, pears, cherries, and vanilla bean and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining 1 cup of water as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
