Almond Pear Smoothie with Cherries

  • 1⁄4 cup almonds
  • 2 cups purified water
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 2 pears, cored and peeled
  • 1⁄2 cup cherries, pitted
  • Pulp of 1⁄2 vanilla bean


  • Combine almonds with 1 cup of water in a blender and emulsify until no nut pieces remain.
  • Add romaine, pears, cherries, and vanilla bean and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 cup of water as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
