Almond-Seed Smoothie

  • ¼ cup almonds
  • 1 Tbsp. flaxseeds
  • 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 2 medium bananas, peeled
  • 2 cups almond milk


  • Combine almonds, flaxseeds, poppy seeds, bananas and ½ cup almond milk in a blender and blend until completely emulsified and no bits of almonds remain.
  • Add remaining almond milk while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
