Almond Super Toast
When you need a simple, protein-packed breakfast, this toast delivers with its whole grain base and almond butter, fruit and seed toppings.

- 2 slices (½” thick each) La Brea Bakery Whole Grain Loaf
- 4 tablespoons almond butter
- 1⁄2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1⁄2 cup raspberries
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Bake bread 5 minutes, until just starting to get brown. Remove; let cool.
- Over toast, evenly spread almond butter; top with raspberries, pumpkin and chia seeds. Garnish with mint.
