Almond Super Toast

When you need a simple, protein-packed breakfast, this toast delivers with its whole grain base and almond butter, fruit and seed toppings.

  • 2 slices (½” thick each) La Brea Bakery Whole Grain Loaf
  • 4 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1⁄2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1⁄2 cup raspberries
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Bake bread 5 minutes, until just starting to get brown. Remove; let cool.
  • Over toast, evenly spread almond butter; top with raspberries, pumpkin and chia seeds. Garnish with mint.
