Aloo Matar Masala
Aloo muttar is a popular North Indian dish that is delicious with rice and Indian flatbreads. Ghee is a clarified butter commonly used in Indian cooking. You can buy it at Indian markets and online.

- 2½ cups potatoes, peeled and cut in large chunks
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ¾ cup curry paste
- 1½ Tbsp. ghee
- 1½ tsp. salt
- 3 cups cooked rice
- Mix all the ingredients together except the rice in a slow cooker. Add 2 cups of water. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours (stirring a couple times), or until the vegetables are cooked well.
- Serve hot with rice.
