Ingredients
- 1 loaf Italian or French bread
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 1⁄2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1⁄3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cut bread into 1-inch slices. Mix butter, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and parsley in a medium mixing bowl. Spread garlic butter on each slice of bread and place on a baking sheet. Freeze 2 hours, then transfer slices to a large zip-top plastic bag.
- Place frozen slices of garlic bread on a baking sheet. Bake on middle rack at 425°F for 5 to 7 minutes.
