American Vegetable Dip

Serve with crudités for dipping. Some good ones are zucchini sticks, fennel slices, cauliflower and broccoli florets, carrot and celery sticks, Belgian endive leaves, cherry tomatoes, and green onions.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • ⅛ tsp. sugar
  • ¼ tsp. onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. chopped oregano
  • ½ tsp. chopped dill
  • ½ tsp. chopped chives
  • ½ tsp. chopped thyme
  • 1 tsp. chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp. chopped tarragon
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
  • ⅛ tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

  • Whisk together the mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and combine well. Season with salt and pepper.
